For Mothers Day Lunch Spread, I need to thank Brittany, who had a little bit of help from Michael and Lucas.
Due to injuries and shockingly bad knees, Brittany is unable to walk distances, so offered to make us lunch for when we got back form our 8km which turned into an 11 km walk.
Brittany asked what I wanted, a meal, a BBQ or a spread, finger food. I opted for the last.
She was an absolute treasure, and included lots of my favourite salmon, which by the way she can’t stomach. Such is a daughters love.

Brittany, had dressed the table, picked what meagre flowers we have from the Jasmine creeper. Layed out the glasses, the best cutlery and crockery.
|Poured Champagne and orange, then proceeded to produce all this food.|
